Procurement Summary:
The NWSA is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing analysis of how our gateway might be able to support the growing offshore wind industry on the West Coast. The NWSA anticipates awarding one (1) personal service contract(s). The period of performance of the contract is one (1) year from the execution of the contract, with options for (2) 1-year renewal at the sole discretion of the NWSA, for a possible total of three (3) years.
