The Northwest Seaport Alliance is committed to public accountability and conducting business in a transparent way in compliance with the Washington State Public Records Act Chapter 42.56 RCW. The NWSA is a marine cargo operating partnership of the ports of Seattle and Tacoma. Under a port development authority, the ports manage the container, breakbulk, auto and some bulk terminals in Seattle and Tacoma.
The Northwest Seaport Alliance records are available to the public by request, subject only to the exceptions contained in the Washington state Public Records Act (Chapter 42.56 RCW). The Northwest Seaport Alliance is committed to providing full assistance to those seeking access to Alliance records.

Requests for The Northwest Seaport Alliance public records are processed through NextRequest online record system.
