Terminal 18 Update
Seattle Harbor
Effective Monday, 10/30/24 at SSA Seattle Terminals ALL Trucks MUST have their license plate and RFID tag properly paired in eModal to the SCAC assignment of the container being picked up. If not properly paired the truck will not be able to initiate/complete a transaction until updated in eModal.

Monday, November 18th - Thursday, November 21st - OPEN
Friday, November 22nd - CLOSED
Monday, November 25th - Wednesday, November 27th - OPEN
Thursday, November 28th (Thanksgiving Day) - CLOSED
Friday, November 29th - OPEN
Friday, December 6th - CLOSED
Friday, December 13th - CLOSED
Gates will resume regular hours the remainder of those weeks unless otherwise noted.
**Please do not schedule drivers to arrive at the terminals prior to gate opening at 0800!**

Appointments will be available for scheduling the week prior to ERD.
Appointment scheduling can be secured, however containers cannot be delivered to the terminal prior to ERD.
If scheduled as a dual transaction the driver may arrive at the earliest secured appointment time slot.
Same day appointments will be available, however as a reminder the 1st morning block slots are limited

2nd – 1000 – 1500 (Ample availability)

Import:
**Appointments are required for Import Loads in the RTG Row (Crane Row – D101-D513)
Please visit www.emodal.com to schedule your appointment(s).
Appointments will be able to be secured once containers are shown as AVAILABLE on terminal.
Same day appointments are not guaranteed, please secure appointments early.
Appointment slots will be 60 minutes.
Containers must show available for pickup to schedule an appointment.
Multiple appointments cannot be made for the same container.
Trucks without an appointment for import pickup will be denied a transaction.
Missed appointments are subject to cancellation.
**Drivers are NOT allowed to wait on dock for an upcoming appointment window. Drivers are encouraged to arrive at the Terminal within the appointment window. (Appointment window is 45 minutes before/after the scheduled appointment time.) If drivers arrive prior to the allotted time they must wait off dock.**

Chassis Yard Entrance is now located at the Northwest end of RODO check in. Please utilize this new Chassis Yard for all drops/pick-ups for your Chassis needs.

NOTE!
*NO LINING-UP OR STANDING TRUCKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PUBLIC ROADS OUTSIDE T18 UNTIL 06:30 AM.
*TRUCKS THAT LINE-UP OUTSIDE TERMINAL 18 PRIOR TO THIS TIME AND BLOCK CITY ROADS WILL BE TICKETED.
“Any Truck or driver found purposefully blocking Traffic or City Streets on or leading up to Harbor Island will be denied service at Terminal 18.”
General guidelines for ALL appointment types:
DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WINDOW!
DRIVERS arriving early/outside of appointment window WILL be turned away and MUST exit the terminal.
Drivers will NOT be allowed to wait on dock for the scheduled appointment window.
Empty/Export Load Drop Containers MUST be off dock to secure a return drop appointment.
No appointments required to pick up Import Peel Stacks, Live Reefers, or Wheeled Containers.
Appointments scheduled as a dual transaction - the driver may arrive at the earliest secured appointment time slot.
Please cancel your appointment if you don’t plan on using it to make room for others.
