Gates will resume regular hours the remainder of those weeks unless otherwise noted.
**Please do not schedule drivers to arrive at the terminals prior to gate opening at 8:00 am! **
Effective Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 at SSA Terminal 30 ALL Trucks MUST have their license plate and RFID tag properly paired in Emodal to the SCAC assignment of the container being picked up. If not properly paired the truck will not be able to initiate/complete a transaction until updated in eModal.
Effective Monday January 30th, SSA Terminals – Seattle ( T18 / T30 / T5 ) Gates will open at 8:00 AM until further notice.

Appointments will be available for scheduling the week prior to ERD.
Appointment scheduling can be secured, however containers cannot be delivered to the terminal prior to ERD.
If scheduled as a dual transaction the driver may arrive at the earliest secured appointment time slot.
Same day appointments will be available, however as a reminder the 1st morning block slots are limited

Import:
IMPORT PICK Appointments will be required for Loads in Rows C401-C453 ONLY. Please visit www.emodal.com to schedule your appointment(s).
The following requirements must be met in order for an import container to be “available” for pickup:
- Trucker SCAC is assigned
- Container is showing "available" on Forecast
- Valid Customs posted
- Line freight shows "PAID"
- No pending charges
- No pending holds
The sooner you input your designated trucker in the system for imports before the ship arrives, the better opportunity for your containers to be grouped together without causing you delay.

Please be advised that going forward for all OOCL incoming imports. The Terminal will need to receive a list of containers with vessel, and customer name. No later than 48 hours prior to vessel arrival. Please see below that is listed on our website for guidance. If information is not received in a timely manner cargo cannot be sorted into piles for fluid delivery. PEEL OFF / SPECIAL STACKING REQUESTS

General guidelines for ALL appointment types:
DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WINDOW!
DRIVERS arriving early/outside of appointment window WILL be turned away and MUST exit the terminal.
Drivers will NOT be allowed to wait on dock for the scheduled appointment window.
Empty/Export Load Drop Containers MUST be off dock to secure a return drop appointment.
No appointments required to pick up Import Peel Stacks, Live Reefers, or Wheeled Containers.
Appointments scheduled as a dual transaction - the driver may arrive at the earliest secured appointment time slot.
Please cancel your appointment if you don’t plan on using it to make room for others.
