Alaskan Way Viaduct has reopened

The Alaskan Way Viaduct has reopened. 

Both directions of State Route 99 through downtown Seattle between the south end of the Battery Street Tunnel and South Spokane Street reopened for the Monday morning commute, bringing an early end to the planned SR 99 closure. All temporary city street restrictions put in place for the closure have also been lifted.
