The Tacoma Harbor's Husky Terminal and Olympic Container Terminal gates may experience congestion Thursday and Friday.
The contractor for the Port of Tacoma Road reconstruction project will be completing work on the water main located in the intersection of East 11th Street and Port of Tacoma Road. The gates for Husky and OCT are located at this intersection. The work is expected to begin Thursday morning and last through Friday.
