Effective June 5: Return Maersk empties to T-18

Effective June 5, 2019: TTI (Terminal 46) will no longer accept Maersk empties. Maersk empties should be returned to Terminal 18 along with DCLI chassis.

Other updates:

Effective May 28, 2019: TTI will not accept bare chassis moves for TRAC and chassis may not be left after an empty in or export in move.
Effective June 3, 2019: Maersk empty reefers will not be accepted and should be returned to T18. Also, TTI will only accept dual transactions for MSC.

June 7 , 2019 will be the last day TTI will accept MSC empties along with DCLI chassis.
