Please be advised of essential construction projects in Fife that will be underway from April 17 to April 23. Please note these projects are weather dependent.
The projects are:
- An around-the-clock I-5 southbound off-ramp closure in Fife at Port of Tacoma Road from 8 p.m. Friday, April 17 to 6 a.m. Monday, April 20. There will be no I-5 southbound off-ramp access during the paving project. The closure is part of the Port of Tacoma Road Phase I Project and has been deemed an essential project.
- Expect nightly paving beginning around 8 p.m. the evenings of April 20 to April 23. Paving will take place overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. along Port of Tacoma Road, Pacific Highway East, 34th Avenue East and 12th Street East.
