Power outage affects some South Harbor terminals

April 28, 2016

Tacoma Power is working to restore electricity in the South Harbor. The outage is affecting terminals and traffic signals north of Marshall Avenue.

Please contact the South Harbor’s marine terminals for their operations status:

  • APM Terminals
  • Husky Terminal
  • Olympic Container Terminal
  • Pierce County Terminal
  • TOTE
  • Washington United Terminals

Please drive carefully and treat dark traffic signals as four-way stops.

The Northwest Seaport Alliance is a marine cargo operating partnership of the Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma. We are a leading container gateway in the United States. Under a port development authority, the NWSA manages the container, breakbulk, auto and some bulk terminals in Seattle and Tacoma.
