Truck drivers can expect heavier than usual traffic on northbound East Marginal Way starting south of Spokane Street on Monday morning (Feb. 4) as the new SR 99 tunnel is expected to take traffic for the first time. Within the next week or two, the new northbound Dearborn off-ramp will open and could once again impact traffic near the Port of Seattle as drivers adjust. With changes like this, it generally takes a few weeks for traffic patterns to settle.

Terminal 46 will also continue to open its in-gate at 5 a.m. for the week of Feb. 4. The processing gate will open at its usual schedule at 7 a.m.
