Advent eModal announces the release of the next generation eModal Community Portal [eCP 2.0] to all users on Monday, Nov. 23, 2020.
If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to visit emodal.info/help, where you will find support training materials, release info, user guides, video tutorials, and much more.
As a reminder:
- For security reasons, any items left in your eModal payment cart after close of business on Friday, Nov. 20, will be removed, including items saved for later. Please ensure your cart is empty by close of business on Friday, and/or make note of any important fees and add them back to your cart on Monday, Nov. 23.
- Payment history for import containers in the watchlist that have been out-gated by the time of the upgrade will be available in your purchase history, but not visible directly from the watchlist. This only affects applicable containers in a watchlist at the time of upgrade. This will not affect any containers added after the upgrade is complete, or containers that out-gate after the upgrade.
