The Port of Seattle and The Northwest Seaport Alliance will host an informational webinar on the Small Business Administration’s Economic Injury Disaster Loans and offer an update on the CARES Act with Rich Shockley, Executive Director of the Highline College Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

The free webinar will be on Wednesday, April 22 from 3 – 4:15 p.m. via Zoom Meetings. Register for the event here. This is a 30-minute webinar presentation followed by 45 minutes where attendees can ask questions about the programs and other business topics. Washington SBDC business advisors will discuss the Cares Act, SBA Paycheck Protection 7(a) Program, Economic Injury Disaster Loan and Debt Relief including:

  • Who should apply, will you qualify
  • What to prepare in advance
  • How to apply
