The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights:

  • Jan. 4 - 20: Ferry schedule changes at Colman Dock. All sailings will share a single slip for two weeks.
  • Jan. 4 - March 15: Connect 2020 Sound Transit project continues with service reductions and 3 weekend closures; Jan. 4 - 5, Feb. 8 - 9 & Mar 14 - 15.
  • Jan. 16, 21 - 23 & 25: Lane reductions over the Aurora Bridge and Fremont Way N on-ramp closed. Nightly 9 p.m. - 6 a.m.
  • Jan. 16, 20 - 23: WB SR 520 off-ramp closed to Montlake Blvd. Nightly 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.
  • Jan. 20 - 23: Full closure of Denny Way between 6th Ave and Dexter Ave. Nightly Mon - Thur 9 p.m. - 5 a.m. - POSTPONED, dates TBD.
  • Jan. 24 - 26: Full closure of Stewart St. from 2nd Ave to 1st Ave. Fri 9 p.m. - Sun 7 p.m.
  • Jan. 24: Full closure of northbound SR 99 Tunnel for monthly maintenance. 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. (rescheduled from the 17th).
  • Feb. 7, 8, 14 & 15: Full southbound closures of the 1st Ave S Bridge. Nightly 9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
