The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights:

  • June 27 - July 11: 1st Ave S. reduced to one lane in each direction south of S. Dearborn St., 24/7.
  • June 29: Two right lanes closed on SB I-5 over the Ship Canal Bridge, 3 - 11 a.m.
  • June 30: Seattle Pride Parade. Downtown to Seattle Center via 4th Ave. Parade starts at 11 a.m. at 4th & Union.
  • June 30: 2 left lanes closed on SB I-5 over the Ship Canal Bridge, 3 - 11 a.m.
  • July 4: Seafair Summer 4th: annual fireworks display over Lake Union.Fireworks begin at 10:15 p.m.
  • July 6: Colossus Cup at CenturyLink Field: International soccer matches at CenturyLink Field. Match 1 will begin at 5 p.m.: Club America v River Plate. Match 2: Chivas v Bocas Juniors. Mariners will also host the Oakland A's at T-Mobile Park, first pitch at 7:10 p.m.
  • July 8 - 11: Railroad Way S. closed between S. King St. and S. Dearborn St., 24/7.
  • July 12 - 14: Community festivals in Seattle's Ballard, Queen Anne and West Seattle's neighborhoods.
  • July 12 - 15: The Aurora Bridge reduced to one lane in each direction, Fri 7 p.m. - Mon 5 a.m.
