The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.
This week's highlights:
- April 29 - May 12: SR99 Viaduct closed for up to two weeks between S. Spokane St. and the Battery Street Tunnel.
- April 30: March of Dimes March for Babies will close streets in Downtown and South Lake Union; Mariners and Sounders have games at Safeco and CenturyLink Fields.
- May 1: SPD will escort the International Workers Day March from Judkins Park to the Federal Courthouse.
- May 7: Opening Day of Boating Season parade and Windermere Cup crew races will close the Montlake Bridge from 10AM to 3PM.
- May 8: The Color Run will close streets in South Lake Union and Downtown.
