The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.
This week's highlights:
- January 9 - 12: Eastbound I-90 reduced to one lane between Seattle and Bellevue from 11PM to 5AM nightly (traffic diverted to express lane).
- January 13 - 16: Eastbound I-90 reduced to one lane between Seattle and Bellevue (traffic diverted to express lane).
- January 14 & 15: 2nd Ave. closed between Stewart St. and Pine St. during the removal of a tower crane.
- January 16: Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Rally and March from Garfield High School to Federal Building.
- January 21: Womxn's March on Seattle will close streets between Judkins Park and the Seattle Center.
- January 27 - 30: SR520 closed in both directions between Bellevue and Montlake Blvd. during demolition work.
