Tacoma Rail is completing work on a stretch of railroad along State Route 509 between Taylor Way and Alexander Avenue in Tacoma.
The work will close the shoulder of southbound SR 509 tomorrow, Aug. 19.
Drivers are reminded to avoid blocking driveway entrances and areas where there is an obvious ingress or egress from the railroad right-of-way to the street right-of-way.
This project is expected to continue for the next few months.
