All terminal gates at both harbors will be closed July 4 and July 5 unless otherwise noted. Due to the two-day closure this week, drivers may experience heavy traffic at terminals from Friday, July 6 through mid-July as terminal operators work through the post-holiday volumes. Drivers are advised to give themselves extra travel time, drive with caution and slow down in work zones.
Tacoma
- Puyallup River Bridge is closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
- July 5- July 9: 54th Avenue East at 8th Street in Fife will be completely closed from July 5 at 7 p.m. to July 9 at 5 a.m.
- July 9 – Aug. 17: Murray Morgan Bridge will be closed to all traffic.
Seattle
- July 7: T-18 in Seattle will be open for the following lines: CMA CGM, APL, Hapag-Lloyd and ANL.
