A reminder from SSAT Terminal 18:
Terminal 18 will be CLOSED Monday, July 6 in observance of Independence Day.
** Please note Terminal 18 will be OPEN both Fridays: July 3 and July 10 **
The week of July 6 will be extremely busy. Reminder: All appointments and pre-arrivals as required MUST be secured/confirmed in eModal PRIOR to drivers arriving at the terminal. Drivers will not be allowed to wait on dock for any pre-arrival or appointment.
Appointments via eModal are mandatory for import full pickups from the RTG (crane row) and for all EMPTY IN transactions.
Pre-arrival via eModal is mandatory for all EXPORT FULL IN transactions.
Appointments/pre-arrivals MUST be made in eModal prior to the driver arriving at the terminal.
Drivers are NOT to arrive at the terminal before their scheduled appointment/pre arrival has been confirmed in eModal.
Drivers without a valid appointment/pre-arrival will be required to leave the terminal until the appointment/pre-arrival has been confirmed.
*NO WAITING ON DOCK* Appointments for the crane row allow arrival up to 45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time, drivers arriving prior to the appointment window must wait off dock.
Please remember to cancel your appointment if you don’t plan on using it to make room for others.
Reminder that due to the current upper level West Seattle Bridge closure and increased traffic on the roadways near the terminal we are seeing impacts for both labor and trucks arriving at the terminal, especially during early morning hours. Trucks parked in line outside of the terminal may be subject to citation or being asked to leave by local law enforcement.
Please DO NOT schedule drivers to arrive at the terminal until gates open at 7 a.m.
