SSA Terminals’ Terminal 18 in Seattle and Everport Terminal Services’ Pierce County Terminal in Tacoma are now offering extended gate hours to ensure cargo moves efficiently through our gateway during peak season.
Terminal 18
Effective July 1, 2019: Night gate operations Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

With holiday closures this week, customers are encouraged to utilize the additional shifts that the night gates will provide during this week to deliver export loads and empties.
*Full gate services for export loads with the following exception: No over dimensional loads will be received during night gates.
Effective Aug. 5, 2019: An extended gate fee of $38 per export laden container that loads to a vessel will be assessed to the BCO or trucking company, regardless of when the container arrives – day shift or night shift. Export loaded containers arriving at the terminal via on-dock rail will not be assessed the extended gate fee.
There will be no extended gate fee assessed to the BCO or the trucking company between July 1, 2019 and Aug. 2, 2019.
Pierce County Terminal
