Terminal 18 requiring appointments for all empty returns starting March 9

Effective Monday March 9, all empty containers arriving to T18 will require a valid appointment via eModal prior to arriving at the terminal.

• Empty In appointments will be valid for the full day (7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) and may be scheduled up to 5 days in advance.

• Appointments that will not be completed on scheduled day can simply be rescheduled for a different day.

• Containers must be on-hired if needed before in-gating.

• Multiple appointments cannot be made for the same container.

• Trucks arriving without a valid appointment (must include the container number!) for Empty In will be denied a transaction and asked to leave the terminal.

As with all appointments, if you are not going to utilize an appointment, please reschedule or cancel it to make room for others.
