Terminal 46: Changes to returning MSC and Maersk empties

Effective June 3, TTI (Terminal 46) will no longer accept MSC empties. Starting June 3, MSC empties should be returned to Terminal 18 along with DCLI chassis.

Effective June 10, TTI (Terminal 46) will no longer accept Maersk empties. Starting June 10, Maersk empties should be returned to Terminal 18 along with DCLI chassis.
