In our ongoing effort to better serve our customers, we published average truck turn times for our six international container terminals on the NWSA Terminals page near the end of 2019. In January we replaced that content with live information that reflects queue and total experience times per terminal. (The RFID dashboard pages display best using the Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge Chromium browsers.) Note: Gate cameras reflect current conditions. Queue and total experience times refresh every 15 minutes.
This information is provided by the RFID readers located at each terminal. Because the readers are located at different areas at each terminal, we’ve included maps identifying the start and stop locations at each terminal. The glossary also provides descriptions for how these metrics are calculated in North and South Harbors.
Additionally, you can view historical total experience times per terminal in table and chart format. This information is based on rolling averages.
