If your RFID tag is not fully registered with the correct information, you will be denied access to the terminals.
To save yourself time and frustration, make sure your eModal account is fully registered with your compliant truck information. Your account must have the updated:
- Driver information
- VIN
- Active company name
- SCAC
- License plate
If you moved your RFID to another truck, you must update your account with the new truck information.
