We are pleased with today's ruling from the Seattle Hearing Examiner. 

The ruling affirms the  traditional uses of our facilities are consistent with long-standing practices for handling diverse cargo and mooring vessels, as well as with state law and city code. 

We will continue to work with our stakeholders as we create family-wage jobs on our working waterfront, while we continue to seek common ground with our partners at the City of Seattle on ways we can help our local maritime industry thrive, as it has for the past century.
