Fuel surcharge addendum - Aug. 17, 2016

Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted Aug. 20, 2016, as follows:

• The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will remain $0 per hour.
• The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will remain $0 per lift.
• The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will $0 per lift.

This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from July 16 through Aug. 12.

This will be reviewed again Sept. 16, for notification Sept. 21.

The lift charge will be effective Sept. 24, and the rental charge is effective Oct. 1.
