Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted on July 27, 2024, as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $13.66 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.37 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.37 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from June 22 – July 19.
The lift charge will be effective July 27, 2024. The rental charge will be effective August 1, 2024.
This will be reviewed again August 16, 2024, for notification August 21, 2024.
