Fuel surcharge addendum - Dec. 28, 2016

Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted Dec. 31, 2016,  as follows:

• The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will remain $0 per hour.
• The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will remain $0 per lift.
• The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will $0 per lift.

This is based on fuel costs for Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from Nov. 19 to Dec. 23.

It will be reviewed again Jan. 20, 2017 for notification Jan. 25, 2017.

The lift charge will be effective Dec. 31, and the rental charge is effective Jan. 1, 2017.
