Fuel surcharge addendum - July 20, 2016

Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted July 23, 2016, as follows:

• The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will remain $0 per hour.
• The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will remain $0 per lift.
• The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will $0 per lift.

This is based on fuel costs for Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from June 18 to July 15.

It will be reviewed again Aug. 12, for notification Aug. 17.

The lift charge will be effective July 23, and the rental charge is effective Aug. 1.
