Fuel surcharge addendum - June 22, 2016

Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted June 25, 2016, as follows:

• The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will remain $0 per hour.
• The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will remain $0 per lift.
• The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will $0 per lift.

This is based on fuel costs for Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from May 14 to June 17.

It will be reviewed again July 15, for notification July 20.

The lift charge will be effective June 25, and the rental charge is effective July 1.
