Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted April 1, 2017,  as follows:

  • The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will remain $0 per hour.
  • The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will remain $0 per lift.
  • The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will $0 per lift.

This is based on fuel costs for Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from Jan. 21 to Feb. 16.

It will be reviewed again April 21, 2017, for notification April 24, 2017.

The lift charge will be effective April 1, and the rental charge is effective April 1, 2017.
