Fuel surcharge addendum - May 18, 2016

Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers will be adjusted May 21, 2016, as follows:

• The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will remain $0 per hour.
• The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will remain $0 per lift.
• The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will $0 per lift.

This is based on fuel costs for Northwest Seaport Alliance Straddle Carriers from April 16 to May 13.

It will be reviewed again June 17, for notification June 22. 

The lift charge will be effective May 21, and the rental charge is effective June 1.
